BCSWTA LadySport Doubles Championships

BC Senior Women’s LadySport Doubles Championships produced some serious fun!

Hosted at the beautiful Jericho Tennis Club, March 27th – 29th, the LadySport Doubles Championships tournament was a great success. 128 players battled their way through round robin play over the course of the weekend ending in some exciting finals on Sunday afternoon. Thanks to our generous sponsors LadySport, Amica at Arbutus Manor, Dexter Associates and U Yoga the weekend of tennis included a fabulous buffet dinner, “to die for” player gift bags, and a live auction aptly named “Tennis with the Stars”. After a volley exchange of heated bidding, four very happy ladies now have the opportunity to partner up with four of the best male tennis players in the Province for an evening of doubles trouble! The weekend of fun continues! Net proceeds of the auction will go to support the Jericho junior tennis program.
