The Tennis BC Senior Women’s Tennis Association was formed in 1988 to oversee participation in all senior women’s events sponsored by Tennis BC, the PNW/USTA and Tennis Canada. Membership includes all active women members of Tennis BC in good standing, who have attained the age of 35 years.
The objectives of the BCSWTA are:
- To promote interest and enjoyment of the game of tennis
- To organize tennis events
- To encourage participation in tournaments and team events
- To safeguard the interests of senior women players
- To promote friendliness and sportsmanship among players.
2012 BCSWTA Ladysport Doubles Championships
Please mark your calendar and plan to join us for the BCSWTA Ladysport Doubles Championships, March 2nd, 3rd and 4th at the beautiful Jericho Tennis Club. Noted for great competition, camaraderie and the legendary Saturday Night banquet dinner, the tournament always sells out! This doubles only, round robin format is for women aged 30+. The loyal and generous support of our Sponsor Ladysport, Vancouver's best retail store for your athletic and tennis wear, promises to make this a very special event. Entry forms and payment information will be emailed on Friday, February 3rd. Entry information will be posted at Lower Mainland Clubs, or on the BC Senior Women’s Tennis Association website.
Entries are limited and will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis. Please come out and join the fun!
