BCSWTA Sponsorship Opportunities

We are interested in securing Sponsors who support our goals and objectives and who could benefit from an association with our organization – a large group of active women who pursue active, healthy lifestyles. We have wonderful opportunities for Sponsors with a broad range of benefits depending on the level of interest and the type of Sponsorship.

Why are we offering Sponsorship opportunities?

The BCSWTA receives a yearly funding subsidy from Tennis BC. This funding assists with administrative costs but does not pay for the costs of hosting the BCSWTA tournaments. Tournament costs include court rentals, balls, sanctioning costs, competitor gifts, prizes and function expenses. Every effort is made to cover these costs through entry fees, but that is not always possible. Sponsorship of the BCSWTA or a specific tournament would help to mitigate these costs while, at the same time, providing excellent opportunities for a Sponsor to have exposure in a number of ways to a large group of women who pursue active, healthy lifestyles.

The BCSWTA hosts three tournaments a year:

• Senior Women’s Doubles (Jericho Tennis Club) – (March)
• Senior Women’s Singles (Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club) – (September)
• Senior Women’s Grand Prix (Doubles & Singles) (Arbutus Club) – (November)

What do we have to offer?

The BC Senior Women’s Tennis Association has identified the following three levels of Sponsorship opportunities for each one of the three annual tournaments.

Tournament Sponsorship Opportunities

“Ace” Sponsor (3 Available – One per Tournament)

• Minimum investment - $1,500
• Right to use corporate identity as official tournament title
• Name and logo identification on: Entry form, Advertising material, All trophies
• Two banners (supplied by sponsor) displayed at tournament (size to be specified)
• Logo and link on BCSWTA website
• Name in “Sponsor Directory” on BCSWTA website for one year
• Special mention in feature article on tournament on BCSWTA website
• 2 passes to tournament function
• Right to have promotional material or samples in player gift bags
• Two grandstand passes for two days to the Odlum, Brown Vancouver Open Tournament

“Smash” Sponsor

• Minimum investment - $1,000
• Name/ logo identification on: Entry form, Advertising material
• 1 banner (supplied by sponsor) displayed at tournament (size to be specified)
• Website link on BCSWTA website
• Name in “Sponsor Directory” on BCSWTA website for one year
• Special mention in feature article on tournament on BCSWTA website
• 2 passes to tournament function
• Right to have promotional material or samples in player gift bags
• Two grandstand passes for one day to the Odlum, Brown Vancouver Open Tournament

“Advantage” Sponsor

• Minimum investment - $500
• Name/ logo identification on: Entry form, Advertising material
• One banner (supplied by sponsor) displayed at tournament (size to be specified)
• Name on BCSWTA website
• Name in “Sponsor Directory” on BCSWTA website for one year
• 1 pass to tournament function
• Right to have promotional material or samples in player gift bags

“In Kind” Sponsor

• To be determined on individual basis
